On 13 April 2025 at home. Aged 78 years. Loved and loving husband of Christine. Loved father and father-in-law of Lyn and Warren, Gail and Colin. Loved ‘Grandpa Dave’ of Ashlen, Hannah, Greer, Meg, Bridie, and Finn.

In lieu of flowers a donation to either the Malaghan Institute of Medical Research (https://donate.malaghan.org.nz/) or Amnesty International NZ (www.amnesty.org.nz/donate) would be appreciated.

A celebration of David’s life will be held in the Anzac Hall, cnr Birdwood and Bell Sts Featherston on Thursday 17 April 2025 at 10.00am followed by private cremation at Clareville.
