TUINEAU, Meleafou – Passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospital on Tuesday 2nd December 2025.

Devoted wife to Sene Tuineau, being together for over 50 years.

Beautiful mother to Sifa, Lava (deceased), Auntieno (deceased) and Bruce.

Wonderful sister to Posini (deceased), Kaue (deceased), Tuimaitoga (deceased), Siale, Toi and Barry (deceased).

Beloved grandmother to 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Special thanks to the staff of Vincentian Home, Berhampore, Kenepuru Hospital and Wellington Regional Hospital for their care and support of Meleafou.

A family service for Meleafou will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown on Sunday 7th December at 5:30pm.

A funeral service for Meleafou will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, on Monday 8 December at 11:00 am, thereafter burial at Whenua Tapu Cemetery, 293 Airlie Road, Pukerua Bay.
