On 2 June 2026, peacefully at Roseneath. Aged 85 years.

Dearly loved husband of Gwenda.

Loved and loving father and father-in-law of Jeanette and Andrew, Rex and Tara.

Adored Pa and Grandad of Jack, Daniel and Tessa; Lily and Emma; great Grandad of Leon.

A service for Herbert will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Rd, Carterton on Monday 8 June 2026 at 2.00pm.
