Of Paraparaumu Beach, formerly of Otaki. Peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice with his family by his side on Saturday 4 July 2026. Aged 76 years. Dearly loved husband of Juliet. Loved father, father-in-law and step-father of Tim & Kelly, Katie & Dan, Nicola & Scott, and Peter & Yuliya. Adored 'Pa' of Grace, Eli, Richie, Tom and Lily. A much loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. In lieu of flowers, donations to Mary Potter Hopsice (www.mph.org.nz) would be appreciated. A service to celebrate Rod's life will be held at Our Lady of Kapiti Church, 1 Presentation Way, Paraparaumu on Wednesday 8 July 2026 at 11.00am, to be followed by private cremation.
