O'NEILL Keith Allan on February 7, 2005 peacefully at Rita Angus Retirement Village. Son of the late Kenneth and Ivy Pamela (nee Meaker), beloved husband of the late Lorraine Jean (nee Burns) and father of the late Innes Keith. Survived by devoted daughter Erin Elena Hales, grand daughter Elis Lorraine O'Neill, and son-in-law Mike Hales. Dearly loved brother of Doreen Price, and the late Kenneth and Douglas O'Neill, and Opal Strickland.

The family would like to warmly acknowledge the support and continued friendship of Keith's whanau at Te Papa, and the loving care of the staff at the Mary Potter Hospice, and Rita Angus Retirement Village. In lieu of flowers, donations to Mary Potter Hospice PO Box 7442 Wellington South would be appreciated or may be left at the service.

A private Tangi will be held at Te Marae, Te Papa followed by a celebration of Keith's life, open to all, at Old St Paul's, Mulgrave Street, Thorndon on
Monday, February 14, 2005 at 11.00am thereafter private cremation.
