Dearly loved husband of the late Sylvia.
Much loved father and father-in-law of John (deceased) and Jenny, Dianna (Chic) Ussher, Pam Francis, and Bertie.
Treasured Poppa of Stuart, Julie, Kirsty, and Geoff; Shane, and Justine; Todd, Dean, and Abbie; Lynda, and Marcus and their families and loved great Poppa of his 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers a donation to St Mark’s Anglican Church, P.O. Box 158, Carterton would be appreciated and may be left in the Church foyer.

A service celebrating Jack’s life will be held in St Mark’s Anglican Church, High Street south, Carterton on Thursday 29th May 2008 at 1.30 p.m. followed by private cremation.
