RURU Hana Raina. Born 24.2.1940 - passed away 8 March 2005, peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice surrounded by her family. Dearly loved daughter of the late Wiremu Kerei Ruru and Ketia Hana (nee Bunker). Dearly loved mother of Phillip, Robert, James, Karl, Jason and Leesa. Much loved and treasured by her brothers and sisters.

Hana is lying in state at her home, 55 Whanga Crescent, Titahi Bay.

Her service will be held at her home on Friday March 1, 2005 at 10.00am, followed by a burial service at Whenua Tapu Cemetery.
