Passed away peacefully on 2nd September 2009 while on top of the world. Aged 93.

Adored husband and cobber of the late Enid. Much loved Father of Dan (deceased), and Philippa. Much respected father-in-law of Lance. Cherished Poppa to Cara and Megan. Loved uncle and friend to many.

In lieu of flowers a donation to The Salvation Army, PO Box 145, Carterton 5743 would be appreciated and may be left in the church foyer.

A service for Jack will be held in St Luke’s Anglican Church, Main St, Greytown on Friday 11th September 2009 at 11.00 am, followed by private cremation.
