On 29th December 2009 peacefully at Greytown Lifecare, in the presence of his children. Aged 72 years.

Loved father of Stephen, Kane, Marcus, and Hanna. Loved grandfather of Anna, Camden, and Madeleine. Loved Brother of Dale Lacey, and Lyndy McLeod.

In accordance with Max’s wishes a private service has been held.
