FIELD, Kay (nee Chorley). Of Carterton

On 27th January 2010 peacefully at Roseneath Carterton. Aged 50 years.

Dearly loved wife and soulmate of Brian. Much loved and cherished Mum of Janelle, Tara, Dion, and Reagan.

Loved daughter of Joy and Archie Chorley, loved sister of Ian,

Loved daughter-in-law of May and Ben Fellerhoff, loved sister-in-law of David and Lyn Field and a loved Auntie and friend to many.

A special thanks to all who have supported and cared for Kay and her family during her cancer and dementia related illness.

In lieu of flowers a donation to either the Cancer Society P.O. Box 121 Masterton 5840, or the Kahukura Pallative Care Service, 48 Lincoln Road, Masterton 5810, would be appreciated or may be left in the church foyer.

A service for Kay will be held in St David’s Union Church, Cnr High Street south and Victoria Street, Carterton on Tuesday 2nd February 2010 at 11.00 a.m. followed by burial at the Clareville Lawn Cemetery.
