KNOWLES, Alan Garth. Of Carterton.
On 2nd July 2010 suddenly at his home. Aged 78 years.

Dearly loved and loving husband and best friend of Beryl (nee Hodder).
Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Leigh, Lance and Marie, Adrian, Tracey, Sonya and Allan. Adored Poppa and great Poppa of Kylie, Kim, Daniel, Lola, Lili, Ashleigh, Skylar, Nova; Nicholas, Tahlia; Gina, Angus; Dane, Dray, and Zephyr.
Respected friend of Joe Jamieson, Ronnie Chatham and Trevor Coe.
Loved son of the late William Ernest and Mildred Gladys Knowles. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Martin (deceased), Keith (deceased) and Margaret Knowles, and brother-in-law of Brian Hodder, Colin and Heather Hodder and loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a donation to Carter Court Trust, 95 Pembroke Street, Carterton 5713, would be appreciated and may be left in the church foyer.

A service for Alan will be held in St Mark’s Anglican Church, High Street south, Carterton on Thursday 8th July 2010 at 11.00 a.m. followed by private cremation.
