OJALA, Owen Lindsay. Retired Brigadier of The Salvation Army. Promoted to Glory on October 12, 2005 in the Wellington Hospital, aged 92 years.


Loved husband of the late Jean and Emily. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Eve (Australia) David and Dawn (Dunedin) Von and Dana (USA) and Jae (Olwyn) (USA).
Loved Grandad of Anton and Kathryn, Brendon and Linda and Kristen, Summer and Trevor, Brooke and Paul, Cinnamon and Whitney and special Great Grandad of April, Madison, Yestin, Davin, Anaiwan, Riley and Bella.

A service of Celebration for Owen's life will be held at The Salvation Army, 695 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt on Monday 17th October 2005 at 2pm, preceded by a private interment.

Messages to 'The Ojala Family' may be placed in the tribute book on this page or posted to c/- 148a Russell Terrace, Berhampore, Wellington.
