KRISHNA-SMITH, Elektra Celestine - Born 4.12.2005 Died 5.12.2005. She passed away peacefully in her parents Jasmine and Kevin's arms. Sister of Dane, Kyle, Samantha, Adam, Zanetta and Joshua.

The family would like to thank Ward 12 staff, Delivery unit and Neonatal staff for their extreme professionalism and caring manner. Thanks to all friends and family for their support and love.
