CHITTENDEN, Kevin - passed away on his 49th birthday, 8 December 2005. Loved Dad of Patrice, Sam and Tom and partner of Yvonne Stevenson.

Thanks for the good memories you have given us, you will be remembered forever.

To the staff of Wellington ICU your care of Kevin and family has made a very difficult time more bearable and we thank you for that. In lieu of flowers, donations to the ICU, Wellington Hospital would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

Kevin's funeral service will be held in the Johnsonville Community Centre, Moorefield Road, Johnsonville at 1.30 pm on Monday 12 December 2005, followed by interment at Makara Cemetery.
