The soul known as Jessica-Ann Shaw, beloved mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, aunt and friend, born 13.8.1980 passed away at 6.36am on 5.9.2011.

Much loved Mum of Shayla, dearly loved daughter of Eva-Leanne and Chris, beloved sister of Nudge (Allan) and his partner Rochelle and Paul and his partner A.J., loved aunty of Akayla-Rose.

To lose someone so loved by all who knew her will be hard on everyone for years to come, but she will always be in our hearts and memories as the wonderful person she is.

Forever and a day you will be loved Jess!

A service to celebrate Jessica's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 2.30pm on Friday September 9, followed by private cremation.

At Jess' request, please bring a donation of pet food to the service for the SPCA.
