In lieu of flowers donations to either the Carterton Order of St John, PO Box 113, Carterton 5743 or to the Carterton Volunteer Fire Brigade, PO Box 73, Carterton 5743 would be appreciated. A service to farewell Mike will be held at the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton on Wednesday 26th October 2011 at 2.00pm. followed by private cremation.
