BRITTAIN Dulcie May - 26.2.1910 - 26.10.2004 In her 95th year. Peacefully at Sprott House, Karori. Farewell to our beloved Matriarch whose love for her family was all encompassing and who was dearly loved by us all in return. Adored wife of the late Colin for 65 happy years. Dearly loved mother of Jan Hardwick, Henry Brittain, Elizabeth Brittain and loved by the late John, Lorraine, and Diane. Loved grandmother and great grandmother of Kate, Andrew and Lindsay, the late James, Matthew, Simon, Sarah and Jacob and Eva. Loved sister in law of Ngaire Leonard, Joyce Brown, Nancy Mason and Barbara Brittain. "She has slipped the surly bonds of earth and touched the face of God." Thank you to the staff of Sprott House for their loving care of our mother. In accordance with Dulcie's wishes a private funeral will be held at St Mary's Church, Karori.
