DAY, Joan Theresa. Of Featherston.

Passed away peacefully on the 15th June 2012 at Wairarapa Hospital, surrounded by family.

A fiery Irish heart now at rest with her beloved Lawrie.

Treasured mother and mother-in-law of Jonathan, Kristin and Bruce Hodgins, Dominic and Shona, Rebecca and Leo Vollebregt, Anselm, and Rachel.

Loved and special “Joanie’ of Lucy, Emily, Kate, Sophie, Reuben and Phoebe; Kerry and Kerry, Shaun, and Lydia; Adam, Elizabeth, Joseph, Greta, Cecelia, and Monica; Amy (deceased), Luke, Amiel, and Olivia; Lauren, and Ryan, and loved great grandmother of Jade and Jackson. R.I.P.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Teresa’s Catholic Church, Bell Street, Featherston on Thursday 21st June 2012 at 11.00 a.m. followed by interment at the Featherston Lawn Cemetery.

Rosary will be recited at Kristin and Bruce’s home, Featherston on Wednesday evening at 7.00 p.m.
