Passed away on Monday 2 July 2012 peacefully at Wellington Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Dearly loved husband of the late Patsy, much loved dad of Kelly and Ben, and husband of Carol. Loved brother and brother-in-law of the late Frances and Danny, Kay and Jim, the late Robert and Patricia. Adored Uncle Jim of all his nieces and nephews and special "big" cousin of his family in Ireland and New Zealand.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the Cancer Society, 52 Riddiford Street, Newtown, Wellington would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

Mary Queen of the Gaels pray for him.

Jim's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of St Mary of the Angels, Boulcott Street, Wellington on Friday 6 July at 1.30pm, thereafter interment at Makara Cemetery.

The Rosary will be recited in Church on Thursday evening at 7.00pm.
