Sadly passed away on Tuesday 24 July 2012 at Hutt Hospital.

Daughter of the late Patrick and Jean (nee Kahui).
Treasured sister of Darcy, Gibson, Waka, Margaret and June.
Beloved wife of Te Hiraka Chase.
Loved mother and mother in law of Chris and Mike Stack, Karen and Brian Stack, Roseanna and John Nolan (dec) & Paul Albert, Phil Chase and Katarina Mako, Michele Chase and Paul Stanley, Allison and Peter O'Donnell.
Eme will be dearly missed by all her mokopuna.
