Died peacefully on 29 August 2012 at Wellington Hospital surrounded by his family.

Dearly loved husband of Diana; brother to Virginia (London) and Joe; father of Adam, Jemima and Samuel; father-in-law of Karin, Joe and Lucy; and grandpa to Jessica and Miki.

Our family's thanks to the many staff at Wellington Hospital who cared for him so well.
