Passed away unexpectedly at Wellington Hospital on 4 September 2012.

Daughter of the late George and Grace.

Loved sister and sister in law of Ian and Denise.

Treasured auntie and friend of Erin, Dragan, Rebecca, Sarah, and great auntie of Ava.

Many thanks to her colleagues, and the wonderful staff of M.A.P.U, Wellington Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society, 52 Riddiford St, Newtown, Wellington, would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service to celebrate the life of Karen will be held at Elim Church, Tennyson St, Wellington, Monday 10 September at 1.00pm, thereafter private cremation.
