On 29th October 2012 at Wairarapa Hospital. Aged 87 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Ngaire, and the late Mary.

Loved father and father-in-law of Dawn, Ngaire, Bryan and Lynda Homann, and John.

Loved ‘Poppa Mac’ of Hamish, Zane, Justin, and the late Nicole.

Loved and respected friend of many.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Lifeflight Trust, P.O. Box 14-448, Kilbirnie, Wellington 6241, would be appreciated and may be left in the chapel foyer.

A service for Sam will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton on Friday 2nd November 2012 at 1.00 p.m. followed by Private cremation.
