MULCHIN, Terrance Patrick
Aged 63, resident of Wellington and formerly of Sydney, fought a brave battle with courage and dignity. Weeks off 40 years married, Terry will be greatly missed.

Much loved husband of Sylvia, treasured and adored by son Ben.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ward 5 North, Trust Fund, Wellington Hospital, would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service for Terry will be held at the Cockburn Street Chapel, cnr Cockburn St & Onepu Rd, Wellington, New Zealand, on Friday 14 December 2012 at 11:00am, followed by burial at Makara Cemetery
