Dearly loved husband of the late Elsie.

Loved father and father-in-law of Barbara and Wayne de Ridder (Takapau), Keith and Bernadette (Greytown).

Loved Grandad of Janine (Taranaki), Stuart and Angela (Otago); Chelsea (Wellington), and Kaden (Greytown) and loved great Grandad of Kirk.

A special thanks to Dr Nathan, the staff at Greytown Medical and all at Greytown Lifecare for their wonderful care and support.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Life Flight Trust, P.O. Box 14-448, Kilbirnie, Wellington 6241 would be appreciated and may be left in the chapel foyer.

A service for Athol will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton on Wednesday 15th May 2013 at 2.00p.m. followed by private cremation.
