On May 22, 2013, peacefully at Leslie Groves Hospital, surrounded by her family.
Best friend and soulmate of Raymond, for more than 60 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Stephen and the late Kathy, Sharron and Tom Jakubcik, Paul and Rhonda, Louise and Trevor Lunam, Chris and Denise. Much loved Nanny to Tim, Hamish, and Emma; Amanda, Rebecca, Daniel, and Emily; Amelia, and Nicole; Kate; Alisha, Jacob, and Tobias, and great-Nanny to Oliver, Julia, Henry, Brodie, and Matthew.
Special thanks to the staff of the Dialysis Unit, and Ward 7C Dunedin Hospital and Leslie Groves Hospital for their care of Julia.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated at Holy Name Catholic Church, Great King Street at 11am on Monday May 27, the funeral then leaving for the Dunedin Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to the National Kidney Foundation of New Zealand, Otago Division would be appreciated and may be left at the Mass.
