Beloved daughter of the late Jack and Emily.

Sister of Mary-Anne and Susan. Sister in law of Tony and beloved aunt of Mark.

A funeral service to celebrate Jacqui's life will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown on Saturday 17th August 2013 at 11:00am, thereafter private cremation.
