PERCY, Jason Lee.
On 4th July 2006 as the result of an accident, at Carterton. Aged 34 years.
Former husband of Cheryl and a loved father of Jesse and Timothy.
In accordance with Jason’s wishes a private cremation has been held.
A memorial service will be held at the Andersons Bay Crematorium Chapel, Tomahawk Road, Dunedin on Wednesday 12th July 2006 at 2.30 p.m.
