Hand, Pauline Joan (nee Hammington). On October 29, 2013. Aged 84 years.

Passed Away peacefully at St Joseph's Home of Compassion, after 10 years battling Alzheimer's disease.

Loved wife of John for 29 years. Treasured mother & mother in law of Philip, Andrea, Leanne & Alan, Much loved grandma of Ashley, Sarah, Brandon, Layce & Taquaylin. Loved sister of Colin (Len, Bob, Brian, and Barbara - deceased)

A funeral service for Pauline will be held at St Pauls Anglican Church, Waiwhetu Road, Lower Hutt, on Wednesday 6th November at 2pm, followed by a private cremation.
