Peacefully at Kenepuru Hospital, Porirua, surrounded by family.

Loved and loving husband to Lyle. Loved and loving father and father-in-law to Leanne (dec), her husband Phil, Lewis, his wife Raewynne, Belinda, her partner Mike, Bevan and his partner Christine. Loved and loving grandfather and grandfather-in-law to Sussan, Kieran, his wife Amanda, Lucy, Reece, Raine and great-grandfather to Riley and Zac.

Special thanks to the staff of Ward 5, Kenepuru Hospital. In lieu of flowers donations to the Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated and can be left at the service.

A service to celebrate Laurie’s life will be held in the North Porirua Baptist Church, Discovery Drive, Whitby on Saturday 9th November at 2:00pm. Thereafter private cremation.
