MATIAHA, Barry Wiremu (Honk)
Peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. On 24th January 2014 aged 62 years.

Dearly loved and cherished husband and soulmate of Adrienne. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of James and Lisa, Fiona and Kenny, and Hullena and Luke. Dearly loved granddad and great granddad of Tash, Dylan, Savanna, Sade, Jarnalee, Georgia, Akylea, Shylo and Elias. Loved son of the late Wiremu (Billy Honk) and Winnie (deceased). Loved brother and brother-in-law of Neil and Missy, Phoebe (deceased), Reg, Hine and Mike, Rata and Michael (deceased), Vanessa (deceased) and Dennis, Carol and Cap, Jenny and Gordon, and Richard and Roberta. Loved and cherished nephew of Kapu and Kathlyn. Much loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to Kahukura Palliative Care PO Box 96, Masterton 5840 or may be left at the service.

A celebration of Honk’s life will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton on Monday 27th January 2014 at 11.00am followed by cremation at the Clareville Crematorium.
