CAREY, Winifred Rose (Win)

On February 2, 2014 at Sacred Heart Home and Hospital; aged 96 years.

Loved wife of the late Steve, cherished mother and loved mother-in-law of Rema and Ron (Geraldine), Claire and Neale, and Neville and Helen, a loving Nana to Michael, Paul, Rachel, and Sean, and Great-Nana of Andrew, Brooke, Sam, Ben, Finn, and Pipi.

Beloved sister of Joan (Karitane), Peter (Auckland), Helen (Lower Hutt) and the late Matt, Jack, Noreen, Joyce, Betty, and Rua, and a loved aunt to her many neices and nephews.

Much loved by all in her extended family, and a respected and dear friend to many others, over many years, including residents of Abbeyfield. Remembered with deep esteem and gratitude by all whose lives she touched.

With special thanks for the devoted and compassionate care provided by Little Sisters of the Poor. R.I.P.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Joseph's Catholic Church, Brockville Road at 10.30am on Friday February 7, followed by private cremation.

Rosary in the Chruch at 4.30pm on Thursday February 6.
