On 9th February 2014, departed peacefully at Te Hopai hospital, Wellington, aged 82 years, after a protracted breakdown in health.

Judith was the only child and devoted daughter of the late Fitzgerald Martin and Ivy Ella Clark of Wellington.

Dedicated piano teacher; respected former Head of Piano Studies at Victoria University of Wellington, much loved mentor to countless musicians and friends; remembered by all for her passion for life and beauty.

With heartfelt thanks to her GP, CCDHB community nurses, and the dedicated nurses and carers at Te Hopai.

No flowers please; donations in lieu to Te Hopai are welcome.

A service to celebrate Judith's life will be held at the Cathedral of St Paul, Molesworth Street, Wellington, on Monday 17 February, at 2.00pm.
