Hetrick John Eaglesham (Jack) On 29th July 2006 at Wellington Hospital aged 89 Years.

Loved husband of the late Dinah. Loved brother and brother in law of Bill and Joan. Loved uncle of all his nephews and nieces.

Special thanks to the Doctors and staff of Ward 17 at Wellington Hospital for their care and support.

A service for Jack will be held in St John's Presbyterian Church, Willis Street, Wellington on Wednesday 2 August 2006 at 2:00pm followed by private cremation at Harbour City Crematorium.
