Smith, Patea A'tonio Su'a (Tony Smith)
Born 2.9.1940 in Samoa, died peacefully at his home in Wellington 2.5.2014 after a long illness.

Son of the late Asoiva and Melesete Su'a Fa'amoe. Beloved husband of the late Theresa Mary Smith. Beloved father of Charlene Angela Sodergard. Much loved granddad of Sarah Partner Tamati), Anton, Nicholas and Sean. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Ben and Tali Su'a Fa'amoe, Peter and the late Anastasia Reidy, Maxine and Harry Pratt, Aukestina Lafaele, Sosefina and Lindsay Murray, Susana and James Hilbron, Teresa and Allan Taylor, John and Catherine Su'a, Joseph and Jennifer Su'a Cecilia and Nicholas. Much loved uncle of all his nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Mary Potter Hospice and Alzheimer’s NZ would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A family service will be held at St Teresa's Catholic Church, Karori Road, Karori on Monday 5 May 2014 at 7:00pm. The funeral service will be held at the same church on Tuesday 6 May at 11:00am followed by interment at Makara Cemetery.
