WHITE - Ngaire Joan (nee Mayfield) Major, Salvation Army (ret'd) passed away peacefully in her sleep Sunday 20/08/2006 after a staunch battle with illness.

Much loved wife of Roy (dec'd), sister of Ainslie (dec'd) and mother and mother-in-law of Jenny & Andrew, Brian & Karen, Philippa & Cliff, Vivienne & Martyn, Kaz (Karen) and Chris & Anna-Maree. Inspirational grandmother of Katie & Mike; Linda, Jonathan, Philip & Anita; Joshua and Matthew; Chantelle, Luke, Acacia & Ezekiel; Harrison & Caleb.

Ngaires' life will be celebrated in a service at The Salvation Army Wellington South, Constable Street, Newtown, Wellington on Friday the 25th August at 12.30pm.
